Some exciting news!

Cultivate Cochrane Society now has garden space compliments of the St. Francis Retreat Centre and Monastery. This will allow us to provide on-site programming, more opportunities to volunteer, donations of produce to the Cochrane Food Bank, and so much more.

On Sunday, June 7 board members + volunteers met to plant the garden plot. Potatoes, onions, tomatoes, herbs, beans, corn, and peas are just some of the vegetables that were planted. We are looking forward to seeing what the garden produces!

Over the summer, we will need volunteers to water, weed, and maintain the garden. Please email info@cultivatecochrane.com if you are interested!
