It’s the 3rd annual Gardening Expo! This is the event for every gardener – whether you’re an experienced gardener, taking your first steps into gardening, or newly relocated to Cochrane and looking for a few tips for gardening in this zone – this event will get you excited about digging in the dirt!
Stop by the Cochrane Public Library and join the Cochrane & District Horticultural Society for their Semi-Annual Plant Sale Fundraiser! Explore a variety of perennials, houseplants, seeds, garden accessories/decor, pots, and gardening related books to add to your collection just in time for the growing season!
This event is CASH only!
The markets are hosted at the SLS Centre in the east parking lot from 9am - 2pm. The site is easily accessibly by foot or bicycle on the river pathways, with COLT transit, or by car.
Parking and admission are free of charge.

Celebrate with our community on July 1st from Noon - 11:30pm with TONS of family fun, live entertainment, a Citizenship Ceremony, food trucks, Half Hitch beer gardens... and of course, FIREWORKS!
