In this workshop we’ll go way beyond classic basil pesto as we make and taste some creative variations using early fall ingredients.

Pesto is a quick, healthy, and especially delicious way to transform herbs and greens of almost any kind into something to be enjoyed immediately or frozen for winter. In this Skill Build, we’ll explore all the variations to be had including alternative ingredients and different seasonal options. Participants will go home with recipes, three diverse samples, and plenty of inspiration for how to “pesto” just about anything! 

  • Minimum 4, maximum 8 participants

  • Bring: Three small jars or containers for taking home pesto samples

  • Includes: Pesto tasting plus extras to take home, and recipes

Please note that tickets are non-refundable but the value can be transferred to a future workshop, within the same calendar year, up to one week before the preferred future event. Location provided upon registration.
